We want to make sure everything goes smoothly with your cleaning from East Coast DryMaster LLC. Please review the following details before your appointment:
Your technician will arrive within a one-hour window of your scheduled time.
Example: If your appointment is at 3:00 PM, arrival will be between 3:00–3:59 PM.
1. Vacuum if possible — this helps us achieve the best results.
2. Leave parking closest to your entryway or driveway access available.
3. Relocate any fragile or breakable items for safety.
4. Secure pets in a safe area during the cleaning.
5. Move furniture and floor items (including rugs, if not being cleaned). Rugs are priced separately.
6. Clear the floor of small items such as toys, coins, or metal objects.
7. If you will not be home, full payment is required in advance. Our technicians cannot begin work without payment and will leave the site if it is not received.
1. Remove throw pillows, blankets, and personal items from the furniture.
2. Move small items near or around the furniture for clear access.
3. Let us know if there are specific stains or problem areas you’d like us to focus on.
4. For leather furniture, advise us in advance so we can bring the proper cleaning products.
1. Sweep or vacuum the area if possible to remove loose dirt and debris.
2. Remove rugs, mats, and small floor items from the area being cleaned.
3. Move lightweight furniture if able; please let us know in advance if assistance is needed.
4. Ensure clear access to the areas being serviced, including entryways and walkways.
5. Secure pets in a safe area during the cleaning.
6. Notify us ahead of time of any loose tiles, damaged grout, or areas of concern.
7. Avoid walking on freshly cleaned tile until it is fully dry (typically about 1 hour).
If portable equipment must be used instead of our truck-mounted system (e.g., due to distance or access), a $50 fee will apply.

Important: Please do not prepay for services. If you receive an automated invoice for an appointment more than a week away, you may disregard it. Payment is due once your cleaning is complete.
